The two scientists did experiments together on sperm FISH. Dr. Yang also met Professor Margit Balazs, D.Sc., who is also involved in the International Collaborative Project between China and Hungary Government. The title of this project is "Regional and time-related variability of chromosomal aneuploidies in human sperm". Dr. Yang also worked on a new collaborative project when he was in Debrecen. He met Dr. Paragh Gyorgy on July 24, 2009, who is the PI of Hungarian part of the new project. He also met Dr. Ildiko Seres and Dr. Gergely G. Nagy, and discussed the new project in detail. The title of the new project is "The construction and function of recombinant human globular adiponectin and glucagon-like peptide-1 analogue fusion protein.". The PI of Chinese part is Dr. Tong-Feng Zhao.

The third news is that, two research papers were accepted by the journal MICRON. All the two papers are based on experiment, and all the two papers are finished by undergraduate students. The first paper "Acrosome reaction in Octopus tankahkeei induced by calcium ionophore A23187 and a possible role of the acrosomal screw" (doi:10.1016/j.micron.2009.08.001) was finished by Ms. Zhe Li, the second paper "Ultrastructural observation on genesis and morphology of cortical granules in Macrobrachium nipponense (Crustacea, Caridea)" was finished by Ms. Tian-Ting Zhang.
